Cancellation Policy

Introduction

We understand that situations can change, and we want to ensure a fair and transparent process regarding cancellations.

Event Registration or Donations

• If you have registered for an event or made a donation and wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Cancellations made within 7 days before the event will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund, but we may allow a transfer to another event or an alternative solution.

Membership or Subscription Cancellation

• If you are a member of Press Club Welfare Worldwide Foundation and wish to cancel your membership or subscription, you must notify us via email or contact form.
• Cancellations will be processed promptly, but we do not offer refunds for any partial membership periods.

Exceptions

• Some specific events or services may have different cancellation terms. Please check the terms for those services separately.
